Housing and Accommodation

All accommodation and conference lectures will be held in Memorial Court and The Gillespie Centre, a newly constructed and dedicated conference facility. Accommodation in the fabulous setting of Clare college is offered in the registration package for this meeting and includes bed and breakfast. Finished to the highest standard, the rooms are ensuite, some having the benefit of a study/sitting room while other executive rooms are furnished with flat screen televisions



 All bedrooms are equipped with wired internet access, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities. Additionally a computer room is made available for those delegates with no computer. Delegates may also access the College Launderette for a small charge.




Meals included in the registration package comprise breakfast (with accommodation) which will be taken in the Old Court dining rooms as well as tea and coffee and daily lunches which will be taken in the Garden Room of Memorial Court immediately adjacent to the Lecture Theatre.
